Mega Jaws Bottle Crusher [BB06]

The PEL Mega Jaws [BB06] volume fed bottle crusher can crush up to 680 bottles in 10 minutes and in doing so reduces glass bottle volume by a factor of 5:1 or 80%, while simultaneously transforming them into cullets a valuable commodity, and the perfect raw material for use in the manufacture of new glass bottles. The Mega Jaws machines are designed for indoor and outdoor use and are CE certified.

The BB06 Mega Jaws bottle crusher has a built in extraction system which means the bottle crushers can be used indoors and in confined areas. The extraction system filters any fine dust created when crushing bottles. The BB04 does not have the extraction system and is used outdoors. The crushed glass is collected in a 140 litre bin, wheeled inside the machine. Each 140 litre bin can hold 680 bottles of crushed glass.

Mega Jaws can crush up to 4,000 bottles per hour. Existing clinets include leading 4 and 5 star hotels. Using a volume fed bottle crusher helps to manage their waste and glass recycling efficiently and effectively. Mega Jaws is used by One Aldwych, London, The Dorchester Hotel, The Ritz Hotel and many more leading global hotel brands such as the Radisson Hotel and Hilton Hotels.

Mega Jaws is suitable for crushing high volumes of bottles. It is part of the complete PEL bottle crusher range which includes an under counter bottle crusher; Baby Jaws, and a smaller version of the volume fed bottle crusher; Jaws BB03.

Glass bottle volume is reduced by 80% as a result of using PEL bottle crushers.
